3. Product Subscriptions

3.1 Free Trial

Eligible products offer a free trial period. No credit card is required to start your trial. Trials are limited to one per product per user. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

After your trial period or if you subscribe directly:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Automatic renewal on the same day each month unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time after cancellation

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Razorpay, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment information.

4. Donations

Donations to Project Paco Foundation are:

• One-time payments, not subscriptions
• Non-refundable under all circumstances
• Used directly for educational and youth development programs
• Acknowledged via email confirmation

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not share account credentials with others
• Not attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
• Not interfere with or disrupt services
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, are owned by Sourabh Bhaumik or licensed to us. They are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately.
