Product Subscriptions

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Our refund policy for software subscriptions is as follows:

  • Free Trial Period: All products include a free trial period during which you can cancel without any charges.
  • Within 7 Days: If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of paid service, contact us for a full refund.
  • After 7 Days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation: When you cancel, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Donations

Important: All donations to Project Paco Foundation are non-refundable.

Donations are considered final once processed. These contributions directly support educational programs and youth development initiatives. Tax receipts are provided for all donations where applicable.

If you have concerns about a donation transaction, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund
